Your files

Files you open in a tool are read in your browser tab and are not uploaded. The page tells the browser to block its code from connecting to other sites, and the code makes no request that carries your file. You can check this yourself: how.

What the site itself collects

Our pages set no cookies and use no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, handles ordinary request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site safe. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that. Cloudflare or our payment provider may set their own technical cookies; we do not set any.

Some tools keep small settings in your browser's local storage (for example, that an unlock was accepted). That stays on your device.

Buying

Kits are sold by email. You give us your name, email and country so we can make an invoice. The payment goes through Wise under its own privacy policy. We never see card details. For a bank transfer, we see what your bank sends with the payment (usually your name and account). We keep the invoice and the emails so we can deliver the files and answer your questions.

Reports from your browser

My host, Cloudflare, asks browsers to report failed page loads: the address and the error, never the contents of your file. Your browser sends those reports, not this page.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and clear this site's local storage in your browser at any time. Write to us and we will answer within 2 working days.
