Terms
Odd Bits is run by Daksh Bathla (Navital Labs, a sole proprietorship in India). By using the site or buying from it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
What we sell
Free tools that run in your browser, and kits (files you download). Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page. For now kits are sold by email: you write to us, we send a USD invoice through Wise, and the files come by email once it is paid. Paid unlocks for the tools are not on sale yet.
Using the tools
Use them only on files you have the right to use. Your files stay on your device (see why nothing uploads and the privacy page).
The privacy and scanning tools (Privacy Leak Check, Folder Scrub) are a safety net, not a guarantee. They read the places listed on each tool page and can miss things. Check what you share before you share it. Cleaned copies are new files; your originals are never changed.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta, Microsoft, Adobe, Anthropic or any other company whose file formats or products we name to say what a tool reads.
Kits
Kit files are yours to read and edit for your own work, including client work. Please do not resell or republish them as they are.
Refunds are covered on the refunds page.
No warranty, limited liability
Everything is provided as it is. We try hard to make it work and say honestly what it does and does not do, but we cannot promise it will fit your purpose or be free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and contact
We may change the site, the tools or these terms. The date at the top says when this page last changed. If we ever withdraw a product you have paid for, we will refund you.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: dakshbathla@navitallabs.com.
