“Download PDF” uses the PDF’s built-in Latin font. For other scripts, use Print / Save as PDF in your browser. Your draft is kept on this device only; clear your browser data to remove it.

What it never does
- Upload your invoice, your client’s details or your logo anywhere
- Send, store or file anything for you: it makes the document and you send it
- Give tax or legal advice: the tax line adds the percentage you type, nothing more
- Keep your details on a server: they live in this browser until you clear them
Questions
Where is my draft kept?
In this browser’s local storage on this device, so a refresh does not lose it. “Start a new invoice” clears it, and so does clearing your browser data. Nothing is sent to us.
Which currencies work?
Any three-letter currency code. Amounts use the usual symbol where the PDF’s built-in font has one and the code otherwise (for example INR 1,560.30).
Why does “Download PDF” turn some letters into question marks?
The PDF uses a built-in Latin font, so it covers Western European letters but not other scripts. For those, choose Print / Save as PDF: your browser draws the page with its own fonts.
Is the tax line tax advice?
No. It adds the percentage you type to the subtotal. What tax applies to you, and what an invoice must say where you live, is for you or your accountant to check.
What does the unlock add?
Your logo on the invoice, saved clients and saved line items, and automatic invoice numbers with a pattern you choose. The invoice itself, the PDF and the tax line are free.
Does this make my invoice legally valid?
It makes a clear document. Some places require specific wording, numbering or tax details on invoices. Check the rules where you work.
